BKI is a non profit inspected commercial kitchen facility hosting
classes, groups, and food processors and is available for hourly
rent. The Kitchen is located in historic Salem in upstate NY.
The Battenkill Kitchen, Inc. holds classes, events, and fundraisers
in the BKI facility, see events. They also
co-sponsor events by other organizations in the facility, for a
reduced rental fee, as well as off-site.

usage. A reduced rental may be available for non profit groups.

Proof of insurance is required for all users of the kitchen.
Scheduled kitchen time is available on a first reserved, first
served basis based on advanced reservation.
